Key Responsibilities:
Pharmacy Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Manage the procurement, storage, and dispensing of medications, ensuring that all pharmaceuticals are stored and handled properly.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock and prevent shortages.
Staff Supervision:
Lead, supervise, and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
Schedule and assign tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the pharmacy.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff to keep them updated on new medications, protocols, and best practices.
