Job Title :- Personal Banker ( Sales + Service)
Grade:- AM
Business Unit :- Retail Banking
Department :- Service and sales Management
Experience: 1- 6 years in retail branch banking.
Responsibilities Account Opening & Maintenance:-
- Endtoend handling of account opening, maintenance, closure.
- Verify documentation and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with NOC, Sales RMs, operations teams.
Transaction Handling
- Scrutinize transaction-related documents as per checklist.
- Handle customer queries before, during & after transactions.
Service & Quality
- Ensure high service levels and process adherence.
- Analyze customer queries and service reports.
- Participate in new system/product rollouts.
- Coordinate with RMs to enhance customer satisfaction.
Audit & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to process, regulatory, and audit guidelines.
- Resolve audit findings promptly.
Other Responsibilities
- Vendor coordination, branch upkeep, cost control.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking processes.
