Performance Tester

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Volume Testing for web and enterprise applications.
• Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization solutions.
• Monitor application, server, and database performance during test execution.
• Prepare performance test plans, execution reports, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
• Validate application scalability, reliability, and stability under varying workloads.
• Ensure applications meet defined performance benchmarks and SLA requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 37 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
• Strong expertise in Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Good understanding of Performance Testing methodologies (Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Volume).
• Experience in Web Application and REST API Performance Testing.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and performance monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS protocols, Windows/Linux environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days will be preferred.
