Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans to ensure optimal system performance under various loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize system resources for improved user experience.
- Analyze test results to identify trends, root causes of issues, and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop reports on test findings and present them to stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 5-9 years of experience in functional testing or performance testing in the telecom/ISP industry.
- Proficiency in tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Postman, Servicenow.
- Strong understanding of OSS/BSS (Operational Support Systems/Business Support Systems) architecture.
