Performance Tester

Job Title: Performance Tester - AJO

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for AEP, AJO, RTCDP, and CJA.
• Analyze application performance metrics and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Provide performance optimization recommendations to improve system scalability and stability.
• Validate data ingestion, segmentation, profile stitching, and audience activation under different load conditions.
• Test journey orchestration and reporting workloads for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and Adobe solution teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Monitor system behavior using performance monitoring and observability tools.
• Prepare performance test plans, test reports, and capacity planning recommendations.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and optimal performance across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
