Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks in software applications.
- Analyze test results using tools like JMeter, Neoload, Load Runner to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement changes based on test findings and monitor application behavior under various loads.
- Create reports detailing test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in performance testing engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in API testing using tools like Prometheus or Splunk.
- Strong understanding of SQL queries for querying databases (e.g., New Relic).
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Neoload, Load Testing.
