Performance Test Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop automated tests using tools like Load Runner or JMeter to simulate large-scale user scenarios.
• Analyze data from performance metrics such as response time, throughput, and resource utilization.

Job Requirements :

• 5-14 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in performance testing.
• Strong knowledge of load runner or JMeter for automating performance tests.
• Experience working on projects involving complex systems integration and deployment.
