Performance Test Engineer

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability test scripts.

• Create and maintain test scenarios using NeoLoad, Apache JMeter, and LoadRunner.
• Analyze test results and identify application, database, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Monitor system performance using performance monitoring tools and generate detailed analysis reports.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
• Define performance testing strategies, workload models, and test plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend performance improvements.
• Support CI/CD integration for automated performance testing.
• Prepare and present performance test findings to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
