Job Description
- 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering,
- Excellent in PT methodologies and concepts and End to End Test Management activities.
- Should be able to carry out end-to-end performance testing tasks including understanding the requirements, preparing test strategy, test data setup, scheduling, script development, execution, analysis, and sign-off.
- Should be an Expert in JMeter tool and capable of writing custom java/groovy code.
- knowledge of basic programming language is a must and should be able to write SQL queries.
- Should be able to lead the team and manager daily activities.
- Ability to monitor and collect result data, analyze, and pinpoint bottlenecks and guide developers in fixing performance issues.
- Good performance analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks without much assistance.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
