They also provide critical information to surgeons and clinicians, guiding treatment decisions.
- Clinical Pathology: Clinical pathologists are involved in laboratory medicine and are responsible for the analysis of bodily fluids, such as blood, urine, and cerebrospinal fluid. They perform a wide range of diagnostic tests, including blood chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology, to aid in the diagnosis and management of various medical conditions.
