Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Squircle IT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for clients.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs for clients on Oracle Fusion HCM best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
