Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain accountability with end-to-end daily operations of the organization
- Plan, develop and execute operational strategies, including workflows
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements
- Ensure vital tasks are appropriately communicated and coordinated with the HR and management teams
- Identify process gaps and implement optimization strategies therein
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Lead and mentor operations and support teams
- Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 4 8 years of experience in operations management (preferably in IT)
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization
