Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities and BTL campaigns.
  
• Oversee sales operations, including lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship management.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration on project deliverables.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the team.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in Sales & Marketing Operations or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Business Operations, Team Handling, Team Operations, BTL Activation, BTL Marketing concepts.
  
• Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously with attention to detail.
