Job Description
Responsibilities: customer-facing leadership role, responsible for customer on-boarding, support, and system operations. This position is a key leadership position responsible for providing strategic leadership and daily operational management of the analytics teams.
Analytics Delivery

On-boarding and Operations
- Customer Portfolio Status (on-boarding and operations)

- Customer Support and System Updates
Decision Advisory (provide advice, enable adoption, drive adaptation)
Skills:
- Analytics skills (statistics, operations research, decision analysis)
- Analytics systems implementation skills
- Project delivery, task-allocation, deliverable quality, planning, and communication
- Team leadership, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, and Accounting Systems
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Operations Research
