Job Description
Role : Technical Lead Cyber Security(Oneidentity Manager)
Skill: Oneidentity Manager, RBAC, ABAC, IGA, Vb.Net, Entra ID
- 7+ years in IAM/IGA, including 5+ years hands-on with One Identity Manager.
- Proven track record owning IGA solution design and leading application onboarding initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in VB.Net, T-SQL/SQL Server, and PowerShell.
- Deep working knowledge of core OIM components and the DBQueue/JobQueue processing model.
- Experience with One Identity Manager version upgrades and performance tuning.
- Strong grasp of identity governance concepts and demonstrated RCA capability.
- Hands-on experience integrating IAM platforms with ServiceNow.
- Experience working directly with security architecture and vendor support.
- Demonstrated mentoring or technical leadership of a small engineering team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with One Identity Safeguard is a deal breaker.
Preferred Skills:
Cloud identity experience with Microsoft Entra ID and AWS IAM. Automation and orchestration for identity operations. Working knowledge of ITIL practices. Exposure to large-scale enterprise IAM deployments. Familiarity with adjacent IAM tooling and regulatory compliance exposure. Relevant certifications in One Identity Manager or Microsoft SC-300. Working Arrangements: Scheduled after-hours work for production releases and upgrades. Collaboration with distributed teams across time zones.
