Nova Techset is a combination of former firms SR Nova and Techset Composition. SR Nova was formed in 1998, and with its acquisition of Techset Composition, which was formed in 1989, Nova Techset now has nearly 50 years of combined experience in the STM and Academic book and journal prepress market. In 2017, Nova Techset was acquired by Katalyst Technologies, a best-in-class software, technology services, and solutions provider to multiple industries and geographies. Katalyst’s core areas of expertise are in ERP, supply chain, engineering, digital & e-commerce, professional services, and e-publishing.
