Non-IT Recruiter (NGO Hiring) || Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and NGO-related positions.
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn networking, employee referrals, social media, professional communities, and other creative sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for NGO and social impact roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
• Assess candidates based on role fit, skills, and alignment with organizational values.
• Manage offer rollout, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with NGOs, educational institutions, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with significant exposure to NGO/social sector hiring.
• Strong expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and passive talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for roles in NGOs, CSR, healthcare, education, development sector, or nonprofit organizations.
• Excellent interviewing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
