Job Role: Onjob is hiring Non-IT Recruiters for bulk hiring requirements across Retail, ISP, Telecom, Hospital & Healthcare industries.

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring candidate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, references, WhatsApp groups, and databases
• Handle bulk hiring for Non-IT roles
• Conduct telephonic screening and explain JD clearly
• Check candidate fitment: experience, salary, location, communication, documents, and interest
• Submit quality profiles to clients
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and joining follow-ups
• Maintain daily tracker and update candidate status properly

Required Skills

• 2+ years of Non-IT recruitment experience
• Experience in Retail, ISP, Telecom, Hospital, Healthcare, Sales, or frontline hiring preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Strong sourcing and follow-up ability
• Ability to work on multiple requirements
• Target-oriented and disciplined
