Non IT Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with experience hiring for the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing positions such as Civil Engineers, Project Managers, Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Safety Officers, MEP professionals, and other construction-related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT construction roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and project requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process with stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of construction job profiles and hiring trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using job portals and recruitment tools.
