Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Provide individualized care to newborn babies in the NICU unit, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Conduct regular check-ups, administer medications, and perform medical procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and support staff, to develop and implement care plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in NICU nursing.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a NICU setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Possess strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
