Job Purpose:
The New Product Development Engineer is responsible for driving endtoend development of new products, including concept design, feasibility evaluation, prototype development, and crossfunctional coordination to ensure timely, costeffective, and highquality product delivery.
Experience Required:
- Graduate in B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Full-Time).
- 2 to 16 years to carry out design calculation involving parts, subsystems, and product integration.
- Exposure to design, CAD/CAM, Thermal, Hear Mass Transfer, Fluid Mechanics, and Applied Mechanics.

- Create 3D models and detailed concepts with GDT requirements. Conduct design reviews following guidelines, checklists, and standards; prepare documentation as required
- Follow design processes to meet DFMEA, DFM, DFA, DFS requirements, and manage changes.
