Mandatory Skills:

• Fortinet Firewall – Mandatory
• Routing & Switching
• Cisco ACI
• F5 Load Balancer

Good to Have:

• SD-WAN
• HSM
• NSX-T

Role Overview:

• Handle customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose network/security-related issues.
• Follow standard processes for issue escalation and resolution.
• Ensure SLA adherence in a 24x7 operational environment.
• Work proactively to maintain service quality and availability.
