• SD-WAN
• HSM
• NSX-T

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and resolve customer-reported technical issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide timely resolutions for network and application-related incidents.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams as per standard procedures.
• Ensure SLA adherence while delivering high-quality customer support.
• Work in a fast-paced 24x7 operational environment.
