1. Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
2. LAN, WAN, SD-WAN
3. Network Security fundamentals (Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS)
4. Manage shift teams and escalations.
5. Track team performance and productivity.
Good-to-Have :
1. MPLS and Internet circuits
2. Drive permanent fixes and process improvements.
