Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Network Engineer to manage and maintain our network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations for our BPO processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
2. Ensure 99.9% network uptime for BPO operations.
3. Troubleshoot network issues related to connectivity, latency, and hardware.
4. Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and modems.
5. Coordinate with ISP vendors for issue resolution.
6. Maintain network security and implement firewall policies.
7. Provide support for VoIP / Dialer systems used in BPO.
8. Maintain documentation of network configuration and issues.
9. Provide on-call support for critical network outages.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Networking Concepts - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Hands-on experience with Routers, Switches, and Firewalls
- Basic knowledge of VoIP and BPO tools/dialers will be an added advantage
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts / 24x7 environment
Qualification: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in IT / Networking or Any Graduate with relevant certification (CCNA/CCNP preferred).
