Role & responsibilities
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco networking devices (Routing, Switching, WLAN Meraki/Catalyst).
Perform network installation, commissioning, configuration, and maintenance across Innov8 centers.
Support firewall administration and implement network security policies.
Monitor network performance, identify faults, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Design, activate, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and resolve network incidents within SLA timelines.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams during network deployments and technical support activities.
Lead and support multiple networking and infrastructure projects simultaneously.
Maintain network documentation, configurations, and operational records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and optimal network performance.
