Develop, test, and edit efficient CNC programs (via G-code, conversational programming, or CAM software) for turning centers and lathes
Read and translate complex mechanical drawings
Calculate tool life, monitor wear, and replace inserts or toolingProficiency in CAD/CAM software ( Mastercam, AutoCAD, Fusion 360) and controller systems (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens)
