My Persona makes authentic leadership easy, through innovative Leadership Development programs including workshops & Executive Coaching. We use a personalized, practical approach that works with strengths & beliefs. My Persona was born out of the passion of two people to create a unique transformational process that would help people express their Differentiated Leadership. It brings together a collective experience of working with businesses, people, brands and communication. A program that helps bridge the gap between Ideal Leadership and the ground reality of Real Leadership. Organizations looking to create leaders who interact and collaborate effectively, with relevance and authenticity,making an impact. Each program is customized to meet unique organizational challenges and to develop Individual Leadership Persona We deliver our programs in the form of: - Energizer Programs (3-8 hour programs) - Extended Engagement (2-4 month programs including Pre-work, 2 day workshop, One-on-one coaching or skills practice labs) - One-on-one Executive Coaching (4-6 month engagements customized to the needs of the Coachee)
