Mould Maintenance Fitter

• Diagnose and repair mould mechanisms, including sliders, lifters, core/cavity inserts, and ejector systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults, water cooling line blockages, hot runner system issues, and alignment mismatches.
• Perform routine PMs (Preventive Maintenance), including mould cleaning, polishing, lubrication, gas venting checks, and safety inspections.
• Use precision measuring instruments to check tolerances and log completed repairs/modifications.

Qualification: ITI or equivalent (Diploma will be not considered for this blue collar opening)

Experience: 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience

Skills: Strong knowledge of mould assembly/disassembly, Bench work (scraping, filing, polishing), blueprint/ drawing reading, and hot/cold runner system troubleshooting.

Tools: Must have strong proficiency in using tool-room hand tools.
