Non IT Recruiter (WFH) upto 20K

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and occasional IT positions.
• Understanding client requirements and managing hiring mandates.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
• Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates Independently.
• Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines.
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ensuring timely closures and maintaining recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Strong exposure to Non-IT hiring.
• Consultancy Exp must in different sectors.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Good sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable laptop/computer and high-speed internet connection.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
