Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan, design, and execute underground mine development projects from concept to production.
- Supervise drilling and blasting operations to ensure efficient extraction of minerals while maintaining safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and develop corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in mining engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of underground mining techniques, including drilling and blasting methods.
- Proven track record in planning and executing large-scale mining projects from start to finish.
