Microbiologist- Quality Control

We are looking for a highly skilled Microbiologist to join our team in the Quality Control department at CG Foods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and quality control, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Conduct microbial testing and analysis of food products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and quality control activities.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
• Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in microbiology and quality control.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in microbiology, preferably in a quality control setting.
• Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques, including plate counting, bacterial endotoxin test, and media fill studies.
• Experience with quality control software and systems, such as HACCP and GMP management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
