Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export merchandising, including product development, sampling, costing, and order execution.
- Coordinate with international buyers and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and deliveries.
- Track production, maintain T&A calendars, and ensure shipment timelines are met.
- Prepare product costing and support price negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, packaging, and testing requirements.
- Work closely with production, QA, and vendors for smooth order execution.
- Maintain merchandising reports using Excel and ERP systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in Export Merchandising within Home Furnishings, Home Decor, Furniture, Handicrafts, or Hard Goods.
- Strong understanding of product development, sampling, costing, production planning, and order execution.
- Knowledge of materials such as Wood, Metal, Ceramics, Glass, and other hard goods.
