Requirements:
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college with valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
- Strong foundational knowledge in internal medicine, obstetrics, neonatology, and emergency medicine.
- Demonstrated experience or training in managing OPD, IPD, NICU, ICU, labour, and emergency patient care.
- Proficiency in patient diagnosis, clinical assessment, and treatment planning across acute and chronic conditions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in high-stress environments such as emergency and intensive care units.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with a patient-first approach.
- Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in clinical medicine.
