Job Description-
- The Factory Medical Officer will work at our factory every day for 8 hours on mutually agreed timing (6 days a week). Sunday will be working. Weekly off will be given on one of the week day
- Factory Medical officers will be maintaining the Health Register of our employees in prescribed format. Medical nursing staff will work under the guidance of FMO.
- Factory medical officer responsible for checkup & examination of employees who wish to take services.
- Factory medical officer responsible for giving diagnosis & prescribing treatment for the employees and shall be responsible for follow up for fitness.
- Factory medical officer will intimate the concern employees and the management for any abnormalities observed & follow up required for treatment.
- First Aid boxes will be under supervision of a factory Medical officer.
- Factory Medical officer will be conducting awareness sessions on First Aid and health to our employees as and when required.
