MSU shall strive to bring convergence of the skilling ecosystem with higher education. MSU is a pioneering university model where employers/corporates/industries shall be the stakeholders and influencers in programme curriculum design, programme delivery, practical skills training, as well as, for providing on-the-job apprenticeship and internships.
MSU’s vision is to emerge as a pioneer institution of skills-based education recognized by employers, nationally and internationally. It shall provide opportunities for flexible learning, competency-based modular courses and credit accumulation/ transfer across educational streams for continuous learning.
MSU is sponsored by the Medhavi Foundation, which was founded in 2012 by a group of IIT Alumni. Medhavi Foundation is a skill development and education focussed organization and a National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) partner impacting 1,00,000+ youths annually.
