Measurement Data Analyst

1. Data Processing & Scripting

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Python
• MATLAB / VBA
• Ability to:
• Process raw test data
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and formatting
• Automate post-processing workflows

2. Raw Measurement Data Handling

• Experience working with:
• Test cell / test bench data
• Metrology measurement outputs
• Understanding of:
• Raw data structures (sensor data, logs, test results)
• Data extraction and validation

3. PostProcessing Tool Development

• Ability to:
• Develop custom scripts/tools for data post-processing
• Automate repetitive data workflows
• Exposure to:
• Data parsing (CSV, TXT, XML, proprietary formats)

4. Data Conversion & Reporting

• Converting raw data into:
• Structured formats (Excel, Smartsheet, BI tools)
• Experience with:
• Advanced Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables)
• Basic exposure to Power BI / Tableau

5. Metrology / Test Environment Knowledge

• Practical exposure to:
• Measurement systems / test cells
• Data acquisition systems
• Understanding of:
• Measurement accuracy, validation basics

6. Data Transfer & Integration

• Handling:
• Data pipelines from test systems to reporting tools
• Knowledge of:
• File handling & automation
• Data transfer workflows
