What would you do The HR Portal Content Management Analyst is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing HR portal content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for employees and managers. The role involves content creation, editing, publishing, and governance across HR knowledge bases and self-service portals. The analyst ensures alignment with HR policies, supports knowledge management initiatives, and enhances user experience by delivering clear, compliant, and user-friendly content.


What are we looking for "
  • 3+ years years of experience in content management, HR operations support, or knowledge management roles
  • Experience in HR shared services or portal management preferred"
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • "Must be open to Australian shift timings:(9 am to 5 pm) Australian time"
  • Understanding of HR processes and shared services operations
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and HR portals
  • Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow Knowledge, or similar platforms
  • Strong written communication and content structuring skills
  • Attention to detail and content quality assurance mindset
  • Basic understanding of knowledge management frameworks
  • Ability to manage multiple content updates and deadlines
  • Understanding of Australian employment guidelines (Fair Work standards, leave policies, employee communication compliance)
  • Awareness of data privacy regulations applicable in Australia


    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Create, edit, and publish HR content on portals, intranet, and knowledge management systems
  • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with HR policies and procedures
  • Perform periodic content audits and maintain version control
  • Collaborate with HR, legal, and compliance teams to validate content
  • Manage knowledge articles, FAQs, and user guides for HR processes
  • Ensure consistency in tone, formatting, and branding across content
  • Support localization of content for Australia-specific policies and practices
  • Monitor portal usage analytics and recommend content improvements
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy and information security standards
  • Contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives
