Job Details:
- Development & management of region wise and channel wise pack price architecture.
- Leading the development of digital vernacular content in all regional languages.
- Drive the brands digital presence in various markets with customized and relatable content.
- To ensure optimal utilization of resources of Market research agencies, local Advertising agencies and local Media Agencies.
- To formulate long term and short term strategy objectives for the regions.
- Prepare incremental plans for marketing and brand building.
- Responsible for Pricing, Promotions & decisions impacting bottom line for assigned category.
- Develop a roadmap of NPD pipeline with the right prioritization on category expansion.
- Planning of digital media spends & implementation of campaigns driving higher reach and engagement.
- Analyze the current and past category-wise trends, market competitiveness, identify the gaps in current brand portfolio.
Preferred candidate profile
- Fulltime MBA with at least 2 years of work experience in brand marketing & ecommerce marketing preferably from FMCG industry.
