Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Conducting Title Due Diligence of Properties and preparing Internal Due Diligence Report
- Drafting, vetting and finalization of various documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement, Deed of Gift, Documents related to Mortgage - Hypothecation - Pledge, Power Of Attorney, Affidavit, indemnity etc.
- Interaction and Co-ordination with external Law firms, Advocates, Solicitors, Business Development teams, Developers.
- Negotiations with Developers/ their Lawyers for closure of due diligence and transaction documents
Preferred candidate profile:
- Excellent drafting skills
- Sound knowledge of Property Laws in the states such as NCR, Mumbai etc
- Should be able to read documents and revenue records.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details
- Legal and Commercial Acumen
