Job Description
Draft and review comprehensive title and legal reports using Navancs proprietary platform, ensuring alignment with lender-specific credit policies
Engage with lending partners to understand evolving compliance needs, resolve queries, and deliver seamless report experiences
Work closely with the Product and Business teams to continuously improve TAT, flag legal complexity early, and feedback insights to enhance platform intelligence
Ensure that every report meets Navancs rigorous quality standards and stands up to regulatory scrutiny
Troubleshoot blockers in the legal workflow, offer proactive resolutions, and contribute to scalable systems that support Navancs rapid growth
Holder of LLB degree
3-5 years of relevant experience
Expertise in Property Law
Strong domain knowledge related to Secured Lending and Home Loans
Expertise in legal valuations of properties
Excellent communication skills in English
As Manager - Legal Checks for Property Assessment at Navanc, you will draft and review comprehensive title and legal reports, collaborate directly with lending partners, optimize tech-enabled legal processes, and ensure the highest standards of legal integrity and compliance
You will play a crucial role in innovating and scaling Navanc s legal assessment platform for property-backed lending across India
