BWR provides investors and lenders, with timely and in-depth research across structured finance, public finance, financial institutions, project finance, and corporate sectors.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify requirements for HRIS modules, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement.
  • Design and develop user-friendly, scalable, and efficient HRIS modules that align with organizational goals.
    • Ensure modules adhere to legal, organizational, and compliance policies. Configure, implement, and integrate new HRIS modules into existing systems.
  • Integrate HRIS modules with other enterprise applications (e.g., payroll, finance, attendance, ERP systems).
    • Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality. Develop efficient data storage and reporting systems for HRIS. Provide customized reports and dashboards that meet organizational needs. Train HR and other departmental teams on using the HRIS modules effectively. Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues as they arise post-implementation. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in HRIS development. Recommend and implement system updates to enhance functionality and user experience. Competency / Skills: in software development, particularly in ASP.NET Framework with C#. Strong expertise in MVC Framework for building dynamic web applications. Proficient in MSSQL Server , with experience in database design, queries, and performance optimization. Expertise in JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development. In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Strong database concepts with the ability to design and manage complex systems. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Nice to Have: Experience with ASP.NET Core for building modern web applications. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
