Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Data Business Analyst to lead and deliver enterprise data management services. The role involves ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance while driving efficiency across data systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement data management strategies to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and promote effective data usage.
- Lead and manage execution of data-related projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support data governance and compliance efforts, adhering to data privacy regulations.
- Design, maintain, and optimize data systems and databases.
- Drive data cleansing, transformation, and migration processes.
- Contribute to data quality assessment initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend data management tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as ITIL v4 or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- Experience in data warehouse, data governance, and enterprise data services.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
