Position: Manager Corporate Sustainability
Reporting to : Vice President - QA, TQM and Analytical Research
Qualification: BE in Chemical Engineering / masters in science
Experience: Min 10 Years
Job Purpose:-
To lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the organizations sustainability and ESG initiatives.
The role focuses on carbon management, sustainability reporting, governance, compliance, and alignment with global sustainability frameworks.
Responsibilities :
Drive and implement sustainability strategy across the organization.
Lead GHG accounting and carbon footprint assessments (Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions).
Develop decarbonization plans aligned with Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
Manage sustainability reporting and disclosures in line with:
Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)
Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR)
CDP
EcoVadis
International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC)
Establish sustainability data collection systems and analyze performance trends.
Coordinate sustainability audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead ESG governance policy development and implementation.
Support HSE compliance and environmental risk management.
Respond to sustainability surveys and stakeholder assessments.
