Strong analytical and resolution skills
Skilled in handling IRDAI queries and internal cross-functional coordination
Familiar with AI-based compliance platforms
Multilingual: English, Hindi, plus one regional language
Key Responsibilities
File periodic compliance returns with IRDAI & GIC
Validate Health/Motor-related data from departments before submission
Maintain audit-ready records, ensure reporting consistency
Monitor and implement IRDAI circulars relevant to Health/Motor sectors
Support audits, Board presentations, and uphold corporate governance
