Job Summary
The Manager Accounts will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and manage accounting processes including reporting and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Experience with GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good leadership and analytical skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- CA / Inter CA qualification.
- 3 7 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Experience handling audits and financial compliance.
