Job Description
We are looking for a sharp and analytical individual who can maintain the accounts of a fast-growing business. This person is expected to partner with the senior management, provide insights into the business and be responsible for the overall financial health of the organization. This position will be based out of our HSR Layout office, in Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day accounts of the company and ensure adherence to all legal requirements by working with the company Auditors
- Understand the business and provide MIS and insights to the seniors.
- Manage other staff in accounting roles
Job Requirements:
- B.Com/BBM, M.Com or similar educational background
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, familiarity with all legal requirements around GST, TDS etc
- Sense of ownership to ensure all activities are completed in a timely manner.
Ideal candidate is someone with an analytical bent of mind, and leads by example to run an efficient business. In this role, the individual will be part of the core management team and will grow significantly as the organization scales.
