Manager / Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition Manager | New Delhi

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional with a strong track record in volume hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment excellence. The role offers an opportunity to drive end-to-end hiring, influence workforce planning decisions, improve hiring quality, and directly contribute to business growth through effective talent acquisition strategies

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive Workforce Fulfilment & Hiring Delivery
  Achieve 100% budgeted manpower across assigned business units and close all approved positions within defined TAT
• Optimize Sourcing Effectiveness & Hiring Quality
  Deliver hiring through an optimal source mix, maintain high conversion rates, and reduce offer dropouts
• Enhance Diversity & Employee Retention
  Drive diversity hiring, monitor hiring quality, and implement interventions to reduce infant attrition
• Ensure Recruitment Governance & Vendor Excellence
  Maintain 100% compliance with hiring processes, system closures, vendor tagging, and recruitment governance norms while managing vendor performance, quality, and payment accuracy.

Desired Profile:

• Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred) with 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI, Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Telecom, Retail or high-volume sales hiring environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track recruitment KPIs, generate MIS, and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, recruitment dashboards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
