Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the project HSE plan.
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and international standards.
- Lead HSE training and awareness programs for all project personnel.
- Report HSE performance to senior management and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure safety standards are met.
Skills :
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management plans for OHTL and substation (SS) projects.
- Strong on-site project experience is essential.
