Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Business Leadership

  • Partner with the Board and business leadership in defining long-term business strategy, expansion plans and growth initiatives.
  • Drive financial planning, business forecasting and profitability improvement across manufacturing and export businesses.
  • Lead strategic evaluation of investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and diversification opportunities.
  • Provide commercial insights to improve operational efficiency, cost optimization and margin enhancement.

Financial Planning & Controllership

  • Oversee budgeting, MIS, financial reporting, consolidation and cash flow management for both listed companies.
  • Ensure strong financial controls, accounting standards compliance and accurate reporting practices.
  • Drive working capital optimization, treasury management and capital allocation strategies.
  • Monitor plant-level financial performance and operational KPIs.

Listed Company Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, Companies Act, listing requirements and corporate governance norms.
  • Lead board presentations, audit committee reviews and shareholder communication.
  • Oversee statutory audit, internal audit, secretarial compliance and risk management frameworks.
  • Strengthen governance practices and financial transparency across the Group.

Investor Relations & Fund Raising

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, banks, financial institutions and rating agencies.
  • Lead fundraising initiatives including debt structuring, banking relationships and capital market interactions.
  • Drive investor communication and enhance market confidence in the Groups growth story.

Taxation, Legal & Risk Management

  • Ensure efficient tax planning, compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Oversee legal, financial and commercial risk management frameworks.
  • Develop systems for internal controls, enterprise risk management and business continuity.

Team Leadership

  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounts team across group companies.
  • Drive digital transformation, automation and process excellence within finance operations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, governance and business partnership.
